Italian cuisine starts with the ingredients. I work with carefully selected producers, respect the true flavour of each ingredient and love reinventing recipes passed down through generations with a modern touch. From fresh homemade pasta to traditional desserts, every plate tells the story of an authentic, honest Italy full of character.
