Four-Hands Dinner with Alexy Algar-Denos
A unique evening at the Brasserie du Royal with Top Chef 2026 finalist Alexy Algar-Denos, accompanied by wines from Domaine Danjou-Banessy.
The Event
For one exceptional evening, Chef Alexis Ribes welcomes Alexy Algar-Denos, finalist of Top Chef 2026, for an exclusive four-hands dinner at the Brasserie du Royal.
Together, the two chefs have created a five-course menu inspired by the flavours of autumn, distinctive seasonal ingredients and Mediterranean influences. A cuisine that is both generous and precise, where Alexy's Catalan roots meet the refined and indulgent world of Alexis Ribes.
Wine pairings from Domaine Danjou-Banessy, one of the leading estates of the Roussillon region, will accompany each course. Representatives of the winery will be present throughout the evening to share their passion and offer guests an insight into the unique character and heritage of this exceptional terroir.
